Serial and PC/AT Keypad encoder (MEMKEY)

The MEMKEY is a stand-alone (no additional components required) keypad encoder. It can be used to convert keypad presses to serial data or to the PC/AT protocol used by PCs. The MEMKEY is highly configurable with programmable key values, debounce, typematic rate, row and column location. The MEMKEY Programming Kit (MEMKIT) is also available to program the MEMKEY in serial mode for applications where PC/AT mode will not make use of the MEMKEY default settings.
