CS004S: Dual In-Line Style Edge Pins with Solder (10)

These are lead pins that snap onto a standard 0.062" thick printed circuit board.  These parts come pre-loaded with solder to allow for machine assembly and to simplify hand assembly.  You can see how they fit on our Synaptron product here. 

The pins are spaced at 0.1" intervals and connected on the top and bottom with break-away strips to make aligning groups of them on a PCB easier.   To assemble them you snap them onto a PCB edge over a surface mount pad, apply solder with a soldering iron to the PCB edge to flow the solder, and break/clip off the strips that connect the top and bottom sides together.  We sell them as 10 pins per unit.   If you'd like to order larger quantities and don't want them broken into groups of ten you can include that request as a note with your order.
