MEMKEY

The MEMKEY
is a stand-alone (no additional components required) keypad encoder.
It can be used to convert keypad presses to serial data or to the
PC/AT protocol used by PCs. The MEMKEY is highly configurable with
programmable key values, debounce, typematic rate, row and column
location. |
